The hints of other colours in the lighting gives it a very tangible, and yet somehow ethereal feel to it, and it's altogether a very interesting take on the pokemon that the design is based off of.
And the thought that went into it really payed off, then, because it looks fantastic. X3
Kidding(of course). Ooh, what an interesting fact that his wings only appear in battle(just like my gijinka OC hurr durr)but the expression this one gives just tells me he's pretty much a pacifist.
