Finally finished designing this dude's casual outfit-- (lolwhut) The noble prince Ikanus-- jkjk well, ... Anyway, he's my original character based on the story of The Six Swans by the Grimm Bros. Basically, 6 bros get turned into swans and their youngest sister sets out on a magical quest to save them. By the end, she manages to turn all of them back, except - the youngest brother's arm will forever remain a swan wing. Ikanus' story is.. slightly more complicated than that. :P ((Don't ask me what happened to his clothes or his hugeass super important sword- I don't even-- /SOB )) Anyway, I wanted his hair to be a mix of hair and feathers (impossible to tell though) and there are SECRET THINGS THAT-- nvm they're secret.

Ha! So I wasn't imagining things! (On both subjects. lol) Ikarus is my favorite myth, obviously. XD I was thinking about the group Ikanus is for though, and I looked over the group page and OH MY GOSH IT LOOKS SO COOL. I really love the concept! I wonder if Greek mythology could count as fairytale...

Just looking at this piece of art really brings a lot of vivid images to my head. In honesty it makes me curious on his past, his personality and all. Every time I look at this piece, which I have more than I should >.>, I find something new. For example the marvelously done Pendent holding his cape on, crafted to look like a swan. As many before me have said, his eyes are just incredibly well done, and his facial features just scream "Look at me". I'm an entirely straight guy, but this man is very good looking lol :P Great, awesome work. Keep it up.
